The passenger must make his/her appointment here taking into account the validity time of the test required in the country of destination. In this case, payment must be made through the payment methods enabled by SynLab. Avianca passengers who purchase tickets in sizes XS, S, M and XL, or have tickets redeemed with miles, may access the following benefit offered by SynLab: taking the COVID test (i) PCR with 28% discount on its regular price or (ii) Antigens with 13% discount on its regular price (the 'Discount').
If the passenger does not travel or makes a change in his/her itinerary for any reason and the Test has already been performed, any subsequent or additional test shall be fully and exclusively paid by the passenger.
